سياسة الاسترجاع
تستمر سياسة الاسترجاع لدينا لمدة 14 يومًا. لكي يكون طلب الاسترجاع مؤهلًا، يجب أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وبنفس الحالة التي تم استلامها بها. كما نحتاج إلى إيصال الشراء لإتمام عملية الاسترجاع.
بعد تقديم طلب الاسترجاع، ستتواصل معكِ شركة الشحن خلال 5 أيام عمل. وتتحمل العميلة تكلفة شحن القطعة المراد إرجاعها.
بعد وصول القطعة المرتجعة إلى المخازن، سيتم معاينتها والتأكد من سلامتها وأنها بحالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة، وبعد إتمام المعاينة والتأكد من استيفاء شروط الاسترجاع، سيتم رد المبلغ.
يتم رد المبلغ من خلال InstaPay أو محفظة إلكترونية أو تحويل بنكي، وفقًا للطريقة المناسبة للعميلة.
Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a purchase receipt.
Once you request a return, our courier will contact you within 5 working days. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Once the returned item is received at our facility, it will be inspected to ensure that it is in its original condition and has not been used or damaged. Your refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.
The refund can be issued through InstaPay, a mobile wallet, or bank transfer, according to your preference.
