Shipping policy
All orders from Sadeel are shipped through one of our trusted courier service partners to anywhere in Egypt.
After you place an order, you will receive an email or SMS confirming that we have received your order and are processing it.
To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send further email or SMS notifications once your order has been dispatched.
Our goal is always to ship your order as soon as possible. However, depending on the time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take up to 5 business days to be shipped from the time you place your order.
Inspection Upon Delivery:
We offer an inspection service upon delivery, allowing you to check your order before accepting it. If the item does not meet your expectations and you choose not to receive it, you will only be responsible for the shipping fee.
